I wanted to practice tattoos but was too lazy to draw a whole person... so this is what you get.
A new character, surprise surprise.
Or rather, the back of a new character... which really isn't even done yet so I guess you can call this a work in progress.
Originally I wanted to draw what I had in mind for my new Welcome To Night Vale OC, but I gave up on that idea quick when I realized oh hey i can't draw people much less people with mutations on their body and weird ass tattoos
